COMING SOON! Cross Stitch Patterns
They are Almost Here! Cross Stitch Patterns by Yours Truly
Time to grab your embroidery hoop, needles, and wee bird scissors! After months of development, I am proud to announce several original, digitally downloadable PDF cross stitch patterns which will be available for purchase through itch.io, (and potentially Etsy*) VERY SOON! As in, by the end of February!!!
Keep an eye out for these fun and funky designs, which will feature beautiful blue flowers, philosophical coffee beans, and an inquisitive chicken, as seen in the sneak preview below**:
This first batch of patterns is focusing on large statement pieces for your home. Perfect for pillows and wall art, the designs measure between seven and ten inches across. Perhaps in the future we’ll see a set of wee, tiny slogans and smaller image patterns suitable for homemade patches so you can wear your expressions on the go~!
I have been having a ton of fun doing what I call “pixel wrangling,” wherein I spend probably far too long poring over every square inch of the pattern in my pattern making software and correcting pixel placements. The whole time, I am thinking about the sensory experience of the cross stitcher. My aim? To have only very intentional “stray” pixels (confetti), because I personally get very annoyed by having to make literally one cross stitch in a color that is arguably identical to the rest of the field because someone didn’t clean up the image and consolidate the colors correctly.
And so, a task that might drive many to madness through its repetitive and minuscule nature, happens to be something I find quite pleasing! Lucky me!
I will post again with a direct link to places you can find my patterns once they are up for sale. Thank you so much for your support, and I hope you like them~

*It has been some time since I sold items through Etsy and I am worried about the rampant theft and decline in quality on Etsy’s marketplace. I am trying to balance accessibility with safety. If anyone has helpful opinions on the matter, feel free to let me know what you think in the comments!
